Quick (well for me it is) pic of my oc Malphas I've been meaning to do a coloured pic of him for a while. Actually I like the lineart alone or with flat colour better but whatever.
Some things annoy me like the hair and I debated posting it but that's like every pic I do DX so I decided wth and posted anyway otherwise it will be another month before new stuff. Also it serves as examples for commission which I can re-open now |D

My gallery is way too warm lately I need more colder colours in it.

Were you being facetious? If you were serious I think sebastian was a Malphas because how proper he is like demon royalty, or atleast the Malphas is Gehenna royalty in my opinion. Also this is a duh momment he appeared to Ciel as a raven in the first episode. The one thing I'm not sure about is why he would make a familiar contract. The Malphas controls 40 legions of demons, why would he make a contract to get 1 human soul. Also if my demonology is correct Malphas eat flesh not souls.

There are other demons that take the form of a black bird like a crow or a raven though (Raum, Caim and even Stolas can adopt crows, ravens and thrush appearances) I doubt Sebastian is even one of the goetia demons because none of those would even bother to pursue 1 kid and serve him to get his soul for so long lol especially when they're presidents, earls, dukes and kings etc with legions of demons that serve them. I think he's just based roughly around them considering his name is taken from a demonologist. There's nothing that really shows him being a particular demon just vague likenesses.
Malphas here is my own version when he's not a crow there are many people that would portray him differently.

That is true but he does have some of the atributes like how the Malphas rarely shows its sealed form, and how it gives familiars to its master like puru puru. Its a common mistake, but now that I think about it the seal on his hand isn't even the seal of the malphas.

well Malphas only appears as a crow until he's requested to take on the form of a man or after a while will do so of his own will so it's not that rare lol. Familiars are a common thing with demons as well so again it's not specific to him not to mention that puru puru isn't a character in the manga only the anime. I really think Sebastian is just a vague representation of typical demon attributes and abilities they possess.

lol I like Malphas too hence having a character around him but I like a lot of other demons as well and I know different people have different portrayals and versions of them so that's always interesting to see. The only thing I don't like is when every single demon needs to have horns to be considered a demon -_-
